We strive to make the site accessible to visitors with disabilities. We endeavour to provide fair, dignified, accessible, and professional service, work to promote accessibility as it is defined in Israel’s the accessibility legislation in, and are committed to taking the best measures to meet these aspirations.
Site Accessibility
This site meets the requirements of the Equal Rights for People with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 5773-2013. The site is compliant with the recommendations of the Israel Standard (SI 5568) for web content accessibility at Level AA and the recommendations of the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) as they appear in the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0, W3C Recommendation 11 December 2008. This site has been adapted for display in the most popular browsers, including Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge, in their most current version. Navigating the site
The navigation menu at the top of the site’s pages enables accessing all pages and selecting the desired language.
For information about registering for the competition, click the button at the bottom of the screen.
Moving from one area to another
The site’s pages are divided into three areas: The main menu area, the main content area, and the footer area.
A Level 1 Heading appears at the top of each page, indicating the current page’s name. You can move from one area to another to quickly reach the desired content.
Keyboard access
To navigate the site with your keyboard, use the Tab key. Each tap of this key moves the cursor to the next link.
Press Shift + Tab to move back to the previous link.
Screen reader compatibility
The site is adjusted for use with the NVDA screen reader with the latest version of Google Chrome browser.

This website was created in Arabic, Hebrew, and English. Most of its contents is available in all three languages. However, since proposal submission is in English, the following pages are available in English only: Competition Updates, Registration forms, Q&A, Terms of Use, Privacy Policy.
